Client Engagement
Project work begins after a signed agreement and any required deposit. We will communicate progress through agreed-upon channels and deliver work within the timeline specified in your project agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your project agreement. Standard terms include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon delivery. Late payments may result in project pauses or suspension of services.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created for your project — including designs, code, and content. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
South Seas AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. If you terminate, payment is due for all work completed to date. We will provide all completed deliverables upon final payment.
Third-Party Services
Our work may involve third-party platforms (Google Workspace, Stripe, Vercel, etc.). We are not responsible for the terms, pricing, or availability of third-party services. Use of these services is subject to their own terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
